Plano Aesthetics products available for purchase online include vitamins, makeup, skincare, gift cards, and specialty items. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased through Plano Aesthetics online.
HOW TO PURCHASE
Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through PlanoAesthetics.com or through the assistance of our staff at our office. Online purchases from this section of the website may be made by residents of the U.S., for delivery to clients in the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time.
Prices displayed on the Plano Aesthetics website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Plano Aesthetics accepts only the following forms of payment for online purchases:

• PayPal Payments
For added security, your billing address at PlanoAesthetics.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.
We do not accept:
• Personal checks
• Money orders
• Layaway plan
Please note that we cannot presently accept gift certificates for online purchases, gift card acceptance online however is coming soon.
The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability. Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order.
Plano Aesthetics will charge applicable state, local and county taxes on all applicable online orders based on shipping address for Texas residents. You may owe sales tax in your state despite purchasing online from another state, please consult your state comptroller’s office regarding any tax liability you may have as a result of this transaction.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that orders are processed as quickly as possible and that, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our website or contact a Plano Aesthetics online assistant by calling us at 972-985-8080 for assistance.
Products purchased from Plano Aesthetics online arrive packaged in a manner not suitable for gift giving.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please note that, for security reasons, Plano Aesthetics online purchases may require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Most purchases are shipped via FedEx, however we may use alternate shippers including USPS and UPS from time to time. Most orders are shipped either at a fixed rate or free. If you are presented with a shipping calculation window during checkout, your order may involve actual shipping costs. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by the shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Plano Aesthetics cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Shipping Method and Fee:
FedEx, USPS, or UPS at our discretion, $ 10.00 per initial item, $5 for each additional item, some items may include free shipping.
Destinations: Mainland U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which should allow you to track the status of your shipment if sent via FedEx or UPS. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from FedEx or UPS that your purchase has been delivered. Shipment notification from the USPS is not available at this time.
If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For online purchases, Plano Aesthetics will accept merchandise in its original, unopened condition for a full refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept merchandise that has been opened, worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Easy-to-follow instructions for returning/exchanging merchandise are included with each shipment.
Full-priced merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 10 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
The full amount of the return will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item, and the credit should appear on your next statement.
Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund unless there was an error made by Plano Aesthetics in the original shipment. Please note that a different return/exchange policy may apply to in-clinic purchases.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.
We recommend that you ship return merchandise via FedEx or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Plano Aesthetics will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return/exchange packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Please note that certain items are shipped with a return/exchange tag attached. Returns and exchanges on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact and the return instructions above are followed.
Plano Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Plano Aesthetics’s sole discretion.

This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Plano Aesthetics uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, while we take reasonable steps to protect this personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this breach is due to our gross negligence.
