Even after losing 45 pounds, I still had the ugly “mommy tummy”.  I thought I was destined to live with the extra fluff around the middle for years to come.  Then, I heard about the Body-Jet procedure.  I was excited about the possibilities of transforming my midriff area with this new technology.  Dr. Caruth spent a lot of time making sure I was well informed prior to the procedure.  Then, the big day arrived.  I was nervous at first, but the wonderful staff helped to calm my nerves.  Throughout the procedure, Dr. Caruth talked with me to ensure I was as comfortable as possible while keeping me aware of each step of the process.  Before I knew it, the procedure was over.  I went home and slept the remainder of the day.

I had never really entertained the idea of NOT returning to work the following day, so there was no down time for me.  I was back at work the next day. 

Over the next two weeks, I had only slight discomfort that could be described as tenderness.  I was most comfortable wearing the body suit.  I did not need any pain medication after day two.

By the third week, my swelling had subsided a great deal and the results were unmistakable.  Dr. Caruth was able to erase the fluff around the middle. 

I can now wear low rise jeans without the worry of the mommy tummy peering over my belt.  It was enough of change that I was able to buy the next size smaller!!
